Arshad Choudhury is an entrepreneur, educator, media personality, and the host of The Other Side Podcast.

A proud third-generation businessman, Arshad carries forward a legacy of entrepreneurship while building ventures that blend innovation, education, and storytelling. He is the Creative Director of MAX3 International School, one of Assam's fastest-growing educational institutions, where he works to promote modern learning, creativity, leadership, and future-ready education.

Arshad is also the Founder of Nayeem Perfumes India, a rapidly growing fragrance brand known for bringing premium perfumes, oud, and luxury fragrances to customers across India and beyond.

Through The Other Side, Arshad brings together leaders, creators, politicians, artists, entrepreneurs, educators, and changemakers for meaningful conversations that go beyond headlines and public perception. His goal is simple: to uncover the real stories, struggles, lessons, and experiences that shape extraordinary people.
